Sacred Synergy Solutions is the work of – well, me. Kayte Thomas, PhD, LCSW - a humanitarian practitioner, educator, and advocate with two decades of experience in trauma-informed care, program development, and justice-centered advocacy.

This practice exists because the people and communities I work with deserve more than quick fixes or surface solutions, which never address the underlying problems. I partner with organizations, leaders, and practitioners to create healing strategies that are ethical, sustainable, and grounded in solidarity for truly liberatory change.

At Sacred Synergy Solutions, I provide a range of services that center healing, justice, and systemic transformation. My work weaves together trauma science, liberatory analysis, spiritual integrity, and lived expertise - offered through four core pathways:

Academic Consulting

Individualized academic support across curriculum design, teaching strategies, and student success. Services include curriculum and program development, pedagogical strategy, conceptual clarification, and applied guidance for first generation and nontraditional students. Support can be ongoing or one time, and is grounded in evidence, lived experience, and a clear understanding of institutional expectations.

Clinical Supervision & Professional Development

A grounded space for practitioners supporting refugees, survivors or violence, and others navigating systemic power imbalances. Offered as ongoing supervision for licensure and as consultation for seasoned professionals, this work blends practical guidance with critical reflection and integrative, holistic practices to support genuine healing and uphold ethical integrity.

Consultation for Nonprofits & Mission-Driven Organizations

Collaborative support to help your team align vision with daily practice. Grounded in anti-oppressive principles, we strengthen systems, build sustainable strategies, and ensure your work remains responsive to the communities you serve.

Workshops & Webinars

Interactive learning spaces that connect real-world experience with practical tools. Grounded in the intersections of justice, healing, and community, these sessions invite honest dialogue and practical strategies that participants can carry into their own lives and work.
